Professional Consultancy Disclaimer While PharmQ Maven provides expert guidance based on current industry standards (WHO-GMP, USFDA, PICS, etc.), the final approval and compliance status of any facility or product remain subject to the decision of the respective regulatory authorities. We do not guarantee third-party regulatory outcomes but commit to providing the highest technical support to achieve them.

4. Client Obligations To ensure "Zero-Error" documentation and successful project execution, the client agrees to:Provide accurate and timely technical data, site layouts, and equipment specifications.Grant necessary site access for physical audits, validations, or turnkey installations.Ensure that the facility operations align with the provided SOPs and technical guidelines.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection We acknowledge the sensitivity of pharmaceutical data (BMR, BPR, Formulations, etc.). PharmQ Maven guarantees that all proprietary information, technical designs, and client-specific documentation will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, service descriptions, and proprietary training modules developed by PharmQ Maven, are the intellectual property of the firm. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Payment & Financial TermsService fees and payment schedules will be defined in the specific Project Proposal or Service Agreement.Taxes (GST) will be applicable as per Government of India regulations.Payments for milestone-based projects (like Turnkey or Validation) must be cleared as per the agreed stages.

8. Limitation of Liability PharmQ Maven shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruptions, resulting from regulatory rejections or operational failures beyond our direct technical control.

9. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zirakpur/Punjab.
